Horse(s) are not considered sold until a Non-refundable Deposit (will go towards purchasing price of 50% which is non transferable) or Payment in Full is Received.   Payment is accepted in credit cards thru PayPal (add 4% for this option) we also accept cash and Western Union for full amount owed.

Horse(s) will not leave farm until payment is received in full unless prior written agreement and payment plan is made and agreed upon.

We have the right to refuse any sale...

Any Horse Sold for $1500.00 or under Buyer Pays Coggins and Health Papers if Needed for Horses sold over$1500.01 and over we will get Coggins if leaving state and Health Papers. Which will be done when horse is sold.

Horse(s) are Sold "AS IS" and are represented to the Best of my Ability.  Please feel free to have a "Vet Check" at your Own Expense before down payment..  Sales are Final..

Buyer is responsible for the handling of all shipping costs/arrangements and any additional shots you require.
